I'm now officially retired, even though I voted that I was considering retiring. I suppose that is still an accurate vote, since I can always come out of retirement if something happens in the future that raises my eyebrow and gets me back. Its possible. I still like GW and obviously browse the forums despite being out 4 months now and counting.
I just find that I need a game that is more about PvE to keep my interest and I simply cannot bear with mucking around collecting different armor and weapon skins anymore, given fundamentally there isnt much else to do for a PvE character once you reach a certain point. Each chapter does give us more to explore and more missions to go through, but my hope is somehow there is actually a way in the future to further character development. Quite alright if not. Been a good ride. I'll have a look at Nightfall when its out.

Im not just quitting, im gone. Plug into this site occasionialy to see the state of the game. Doesnt look good.
Hung with GW for allmost a year and a half, and it was an amazing and enjoyable experience. No bashing here, thank you ANet.
Have discovered WOW, and have not looked back. For those of you who say that you are looking for a better PVE experience, look not further. Pay the monthly fee, cause its worth it.
Peace all , and long live the HORDE

I'm considering leaving, lately I find the game boring because no people to play with and I don't like to costantely ask the guildies for help.
I wish this game was just a plain RPG.

I'm just undecided at the moment i think.
Played wow from release- 2.5yrs, while GW's is an awesome game and I love alot of aspects of it. I feel some area's/problems will mean I'll eventually be looking for something different again.
I'd like to think I'd be lurking or active in chapter 3's arrival just have to see I guess.

Neverwinter Nights 2 is the biggest threat to GW for me at the moment. I don't have enough free time to play both or I would. GW has added so many gold-sinks that I find it harder and harder to achieve my goals. (You can only buy so many replacement suits of 15k armor - yes, I can play the game without it, but I want it. And I play the game for enjoyment, so it's rather important that I get what I want. hehe)
As kade said above though - I own the game and it's free to play, so i'll never completely retire.
